The South Bay Hotel Employees, Restaurant Employees Trust Funds was established to provide medical benefits for their eligible members and their dependents through the collective bargaining process.

Your 1095B is now available via the WPAS Member Portal. To access your document, please click the following link: WPAS Member Portal.
Login to your account
To create your account, click on the link Create new account.
Your personal information can be accessed by logging into the secure Member website. To access your personal benefits you must create a new account and password.
NOTE: Dependents age 13 and older need to create a new account and password for online access. (Dependents use the Member Login option to login to their account.)
